Individual Counseling

We provide individual counseling in a safe, confidential setting utilizing a variety of counseling tools tailored for each individual person. A variety of issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, and a wide variety of relational issues can be dealt with effectively in individual counseling to restore the person to optimal mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Our goal is to help you create the life you want to have and work on changing the things that are getting in your way. 

Some of the most stressful times of our lives is when we aren’t getting along with the people who are important to us. Marriage/couples therapy is appropriate for couples who want to restore their relationship to optimal happiness and wellness. An important prerequisite for marital counseling is an openness to staying in the marriage by one or both of the partners.

Addiction Counseling

We know a multifaceted approach is the best step  to moving beyond addiction. Counseling is an important part of that approach. We work with people experiencing all sorts of addictions, ranging from chemical dependency to what are commonly known as process addictions. Managing compulsive behavior is the common link to overcoming these behaviors. We offer assistance with issues ranging from problem alcohol use, drug issues, to pornography use. 

Emotional, psychological, and addictive issues don’t happen in a vacuum but are a part of the systems of our lives. When a family member struggles with an issue, it affects the whole family. Family counseling not only brings healing to all members of the family, but helps the family become partners in the healing process of the member primarily affected by his/her issues. Creating health and wellness in the family system maximizes both the individual’s and family’s return to wholeness.
